Refined and on the page

Apart from the beauty of the place, and the architecture of the building, many points caught our attention.
Comfortable rooms, with well thought out dressing rooms, a housekeeping present and discreet.
A concierge who listens to our needs, with several local addresses adapted.
A welcoming and caring staff, who communicate with each other to guarantee a personalized service on medium / long stay.
Common spaces provided for young and old.
Diversified and qualitative restoration, hearty.
A varied bar and drink menu, international and rather cheap.
Finally, a spa with very personalized treatments.
In short, the current team does great credit to the space in which they operate, and to their wide and varied clientele.

Rest and relaxation

It has a small nice SPA, the couples massage I can highly recommend. The bathroom has and something missing. But it has a sauna/steam bath, a SPA shower and a nice relaxation room.
The highlight is the restaurant as well as the library. Great! Beautiful.
The only criticism besides the lack of bath were the plates at breakfast, many were dirty from egg dishes residue.
Thank you for the lovely quiet place

Top hotel in the beautiful Vallée de Joux

Top! The hotel is integrated into the landscape and architecturally noteworthy. The rooms are beautiful with a view of the Jura heights. Additionally, fantastic food with top-notch service (friendly and straightforward). Sustainability is taken into account with the products, many local products.

A remarkable stay, simply

A huge congratulations to the whole team of the Hôtel des Horlogers. Kindness, attention and above all the real wish to do well are felt at every moment, from the reception to the restaurant service. We feel a team that is committed, smiling and sincerely attentive to the well-being of our guests, which unfortunately becomes too rare.
The place itself is original and beautiful, perfectly integrated with its environment. We were lucky to have the view with the snow: a real show, even more magical. Absolute calm is a precious luxury nowadays, and here it is fully at the rendezvous. It is also a very nice place for nice walks, ideal to recharge.
Special mention for the fantastic welcome reserved for our dog: attentive, and warm.
And finally on a lighter note but much appreciated: congratulations on the excellent quality of the hair dryer (Solis)! It’s extremely rare for a hotel to pay attention to this kind of detail and not be content with an old, low-end hair dryer. A little detail that says a lot about the level of demand and the care taken with the customer experience.
An address that we recommend without hesitation and to which we will return with great pleasure.
