Happy family vacation with excellent food and great "childcare"!

The host couple and the entire staff are extremely friendly and helpful! Food is a poem and the price-performance ratio for the food is also very good! We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

Wonderful vacation

We were warmly welcomed and were able to enjoy our stay. When we had questions, we were helped and we enjoyed absolutely great service. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and well-stocked AND the bathroom is simply wonderful. In addition, the rooms are cozy and the whole house is well-maintained. You can also tell that the staff feels comfortable. There is a wonderfully good atmosphere throughout the house. We will be back!

a pleasure again with the new couple running the place.

With the new couple running the place, it is once again a friendly, attentive, and great host that makes it a pleasure to come back to the Simmenhof. Saskia's cuisine is perfect and is of Michelin-star quality. The rooms are nice, the bathrooms are a bit dated. The wellness area is okay - the swimming pool is unfortunately more of a children's wading pool. This applies to both the indoor and outdoor areas. People jump in from the edge, splash around with pool noodles, and it is very loud. A pity - because the local adventure pool would be the more suitable place for children to romp around.

Very pleasant, apart from a few criticisms.

Beautiful place, perfect welcome, pleasant room, on the 3rd floor and clean. Elevator, north balcony. Free parking. Excellent breakfast. Located a bit away from the village center. Large public parking lot 2 km away. Bus stop very close by. Next to a very active ride (sometimes strong odors). No air conditioning (during a heatwave, too bad). On the edge of a very busy road. Attractive discounts on ski lifts thanks to the Simmencard (received on time, thank you). Very pleasant stay. Quick check-ins. Well done. Staff available and attentive.
