Spacious, bright, clean, comfortable room. Short walk to the lake in the Paradiso area and abot 15mims easy walk along the lakeside to Lugano centre.
The Guest House is a lot better on the inside than it looks on the outside!!
We opted to pay for parking space at the guest house €20 euros. Street an meter parking is nightmare in Lugano area but there are several pay parking garages fairly close by.
We would stay there again if the xhance arose.

For us, it was acceptable.

Clean room with a large bathroom and kitchenette. Coffee powder, cocoa powder, and tea, but no cups or spoons. It is located directly at a busy intersection; open windows are not possible, but it is okay with closed windows. The air conditioning has seen better days. In May, it is not a big problem, but in the height of summer, it could be one. Parking can be reserved behind the house for 15.00 CHF. Elevator is available. House, 10 minutes on foot to the lake. The receptionists were both very nice. Dogs were allowed, but there were additional costs and a deposit of 275.00 CHF? However, we were not charged for that due to our late arrival and early departure. No smoking is allowed; a fine of 200 CHF will be imposed for non-compliance. Recommended for a stopover.

Good location by a bus stop. Beds in one area, small kitchenette area, and bathroom. All of the essentials. The air conditioning could have been better, but if you’re on a higher floor where you can open a window it probably would have been fine. Our first level room was right against the outside sidewalk.

Great hotel in between Lugano and Paradiso that is easily walkable to both. Parking in the area is a bit tricky but we opted to pay for the hotel's parking and just walk around during our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Room was spacious enough with comfortable beds and a decent size bathroom. The mini fridge was also quite large and came in super handy to keep our food cool which we purchased from a nearby grocery store. Only thing I wished was different would be to include some basic amenities in the kitchen like cutlery and a coffee machine with pods (i.e. Nespresso or other). We weren't planning to cook any food but would've been nice to have a coffee in the morning and be able to eat some snacks from the store without needing to rely on our own disposable cutlery.

They claim that they have a free parking and there wasn't. Had asked for it queen bed and they give us two separate beds for people who are in their honeymoon. The pillows felt like they were filled with cardboard. The staff were not present and when I called them they said if you don't like it you can leave. There was a shared balcony that Lord the privacy of the guests because people were walking in the balcony and they could look into your room. The mattress was hard. Very very poor quality it was not worth more than 30 bucks a night.
