Beautiful little hotel
This little gem tucked away, a stone’s throw from Lake Lungern is a beautiful, well-organised and perfectly arranged little b&b.
The self-service check-in worked perfectly (even with a quick call to the remote operator). The rooms are absolutely spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable. Plenty of parking. The breakfast was excellent, with nice choice and friendly service. Highly recommend a room with a balcony but there is also a nice roof terrace with tables and chairs for your own pic nice. For cyclists, a bike room in the basement. Plenty of parking and right opposite Lungern station (the electric trains are very quiet).

Very pleasant stay. Clean, comfortable, friendly, helpful, relaxing and parking available. Really liked the decor and ambiance. Would happily recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent and perfect for exploring Lungern and its beautiful surroundings. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. We highly recommend experiencing both the charming town of Lungern and this lovely hotel.

Convenient location off the bigger cities.
Clean, super functional, self check in very easy, staff was very friendly and short walk to the lake for beautiful views.

Nice, but...
The hotel is in a privileged location in front of the train station that connects with everything, surrounded by mountains and nature, there are some restaurants nearby which makes you not get stranded at lunchtime in the evenings.
The rooms are comfortable for short stays and the cleanliness to the outside of the rooms are impeccable.
There were two details that did not allow the stay outside completely pleasant and that is that it is the first time that happens to us that in a hotel you are charged extra for fixing the room, you are charged for change of towels and in the end it seems that they have another extra business for things that logically should be included in the Room Service in such a hotel is 3 stars, details that do not allow to leave a pleasant stay in the guests ... Well when we decide to go to a hotel it is assumed that the arrangement of the rooms should be included, as well as the change of towels, however all the Services are highly optimized to incur minimal costs, that was the impression we received, as we did not notice a difference between going to this hotel or taking the service an Airbnb.
As soon as the breakfasts are great, they don't offer a wide variety of cold cuts or cheeses, but they are fine. They have a natural honey dispenser and this is a nice detail denoting pure honey.... As for the coffees they seemed to want to limit the coffee with the excuse that they themselves operate the machine and when you ask for more than one fee or a large fee you rating some disgust so to speak that they correct immediately with a concealed smile!
One suggestion with all due respect would be that they include Cleaning Service and that you do not have to find one with additional cost surprises, because this annoys. It is preferable that they raise the rate in such a case the same for coffees.
Otherwise all well, the friendly breakfast ladies, however on 2 occasions when ordering more coffee we do feel your bother.
