I have never had such a warm welcome in a hotel, the boss is very attentive and helpful.
We never heard any noise from our room. The places are clean
The kitchen is very good. Very pleasant room staff

Great location

The hotel is in a small village in the Valle Maggia. We had a small room with an extra bed added to it on our request. Our room had a large double bed, bedside tables, a small desk and a shelf to keep stuff. The bathroom was small but had everything we needed, inclduing a nice shelf to keep our stuff. Our room had no balcony. Everything was very clean. The neighbourhood is quiet, we slept well. The dining area is nice. Breakfast was served as a buffet with many good choices. We walked around the village and ate dinner in some other restaurant we found - but the hotel is serving dinner too.

Excellent location and ambience

Cosy little hotel in Ticino, Switzerland. Hidden, yet very close to Maggia and Locarno. Great food (part of it grows really in the garden), quiet, ideal for families or couples. Very fair prices for Switzerland!

Homey restaurant

This was a very comfortable restaurant for dinner in a lovely setting. We thought the pizzas were way too salty but the salad and desserts were very good. Service too was good. This part of Switzerland is amazing so if you are visiting this restaurant is worth a try.

Comfortable hotel in good location for exporing the valley

The hotel is in an exceelent location if you want to explore the Valle Maggia. It is close to a bus stop and near a footpath along the river, which includes some wire bridges. The rooms are large comfortable and stay cool in summer. The service is very good; a problem with my bill was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. There is a wide selection of brochures both in reception and the rooms on things to do in the area. I would strongly recommend the restaurant, which offers local ingredients and wine, including steaks from the local highland cattle.
