Transit

Beautiful hotel. Right downtown. Clean sunny quiet room. Traffic but you hear very little almost nothing. Room lacks a wardrobe for clothes. The bathroom window overlooks the terrace of the neighbor..ahi ahi ahi. Privacy...Mmm. the glass is tinted but not enough. Check in in self service communication. New but cmq when booked you said so. If there was any problem you would hear the phone ring and they would help you. Friendly and kind. Hearty breakfast!

Olten

The location is convenient. The room was clean and functional. Breakfast is simple. There is a very small office area and a TV.
I had room 101 which overlooks the terrace of the hotel. Given the season there was no one on the terrace. On the other hand in summer I would not have enjoyed having people directly by the window of my room.
The room has radiator and air conditioning that are adjustable.
In the bathroom area linens are provided including a hairdryer and shower product.
Checking is easy, it is also possible to put the screen in French or Italian.

Disappointing

Went with a tour group. All rooms do not have air conditioning. Some rooms had physical damage. No staff onsite overnight. Security issues with non guests accessing the hotel. Two night stay became a one night stay.

Close to the station

Just stayed for one night. Quick check-in and good value rooms. Very convenient for the train station and a short walk into the centre. There are very various bars and restaurants very close to the hotel.

very noise , very cold in Winter / very warm in Summer / no Airconditioner . My caution is never back to me.
War anfangs etwas schwer unzufinden, danach aber alles sehr schlecht.Billig für teuer Geld.
Ich habe keine Zurückhaltung von Kaution erhalten.
n the room there was no minibar or refigerator. The hotel is situated next in a busy neighbourhood at a noisy crossing, so we had to close all the windows during the night. At the check-in we had to pay everything in advance, which is sonething I've not seen in Switzerland. The selection at breakfast was limited. For that price we had expected better.
The room was a little on the small side - however I am sure that this could have been remedied with a room upgrade. Also, my room was overlooked by a communal area and as a result, I had to keep my curtains closed for reasons of privacy.
Room was not quiet at all. You could hear neighbors' talking, flushing toilet etc.
