All around great

The hotel impresses with its charm and its excellent location in the heart of the village. The spacious rooms are very quiet and offer a rich breakfast. I felt completely comfortable.

Exceptional stay in Pontresina

I stayed at the Sporthotel for 10 nights on an Appalachian Mountain Club cross country ski trip. Every aspect of the family run hotel is exceptional including the dining, accommodations, location, spa and staff. The owner stopped by guests dining tables nightly, the hotel includes a weekly prosecco-appetizer pre dinner event in the bar, a wine tasting in their wine cellar, occasional yoga classes and a shuttle to the local train station.

Exceptional Hotel with Amazing Staff

This hotel is a top place to stay. We have stayed here for the second year in a row, and once again everything was perfect.
The staff are extremely professional and helpful in every area — reception, bar, restaurant, and housekeeping. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay.
A special mention goes to the housekeeping team: they were very professional, and my daughter was especially impressed when they neatly arranged her pajamas in such a lovely way. It was a small detail, but it made a big impression on us.
Overall, this is a perfect place to stay, and we would happily return again. Highly recommended.

Ideal hotel for athletes

Very nice hotel. We had a very large, top equipped room (unlike many other hotels with more than enough closet and storage space). Very friendly and well-positioned staff. The dinner (4-course menu) was very good in each case - mostly with a menu with regional references. The breakfast buffet was also top (especially very good bread selection). Is an ideal accommodation for athletes (with enough storage for skis or bikes), free laundry service, etc. Priced rather upscale - but totally okay for what's on offer. It's certainly not the last time we've been here.
