Personal, warm and culinary excellence
The whole facility was very clean and well maintained. The interior of the rooms is visually a bit old, but has not disturbed us at all. On the contrary – it fits perfectly with the surroundings and the cosy flair of a ski holiday.
We booked half board and both the breakfast buffet and dinner were a real highlight. Breakfast was rich and varied, with a wide selection of breads and rolls, various yogurts and toppings, cold cuts, fresh fruit salad and vegetables.
Dinner consisted of a 3-course meal and a generous salad and antipasti buffet. The choice between regional and international main courses was varied, the dishes were lovingly prepared and simply excellent in taste.
We would recommend this place without reservation! We were particularly impressed by the personal, flexible and individual support as well as the exceptionally good cuisine. A place you like to return to!

Please Do Not Risk Being Scammed
Regrettably, the experience concluded on a very negative note. After I had checked out and fully settled my bill, the hotel contacted me requesting payment for a dinner that I did not consume. I was sent an invoice without a signature or any supporting evidence linking the charge to me. No apology was offered, instead, I was informed that an internal investigation would be conducted.
In addition, I felt that some members of the staff were less attentive to English-speaking guests and appeared to give preference to German-speaking customers. This further contributed to my dissatisfaction.
Overall, this situation has left me disappointed and concerned about the hotel’s customer service and billing practices, and it has significantly affected my overall perception of the hotel.
