Smart, modern, close to airport, with shuttle

This hotel is in a new complex of several hotels not far from the end of the runway of Geneva airport. It offers everything you need from an airport hotel and was surprisingly inexpensive for Geneva. There is a regular shuttle bus from the airport and it is also close to the tram line into Geneva city centre. The shopping centre Balexert is just along the road. We arrived around 10pm and were wanting a snack: there was only a bar in the hotel itself but within the hotel complex there were other eateries, and we found the Swiss Chalet restaurant still open. Their breakfasts are quite expensive but there is a well-stocked Co-op almost next door where there are ample options for breakfast fare. The multi-national staff on reception were very sociable and helpful, especially those with browner skin:-). I was able to leave my bags in the hotel during the day after checking out. As it was a heat wave when we were there we appreciated the air conditioning.

No fridge !!! No safe ! Not even a box of tissue and when I told this to somehow rude staff they told me this is Switzerland and you can’t expect it !!!

The only thing would be that no hand towels were provided. For a quick stay, before flying out, everything was great.

Airport transfer was efficient both ways!
Breakfast starts at 7am, so not ideal for early morning flights, but it’s good.

Very clean and nice hotel. very close to the airport, the shuttle was easy to use and the staff was very helpful. Would stay again
