Great location, that is the best part of the hotel.
+ Good breakfast buffet.
+ Large room.
- After the shower, the bathroom was flooded due to a crack in the shower wall.
- The reception is not staffed at 8:30 AM.

Bezüglich der Öffnungszeiten unserer Rezeption möchten wir darauf hinweisen, dass diese an den Wochenenden von 09:00 bis 18:00 Uhr besetzt ist. Ausserhalb dieser Zeiten steht unseren Gästen bei dringenden Anliegen unser Partnerhotel zur Verfügung.

A bit disappointed with this establishment.
On weekends, the reception closes at 6 PM, so the check-in process is done using a code for the front door and an envelope containing the keys: not very welcoming. The rooms are very basic, lacking charm. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired in the bathrooms.
At breakfast, there is no welcome. Everything is done independently. The offered products are quite basic.
No parking at the hotel. You have to park at the train station. The hotel offers a discount. We still paid 60 CHF for 2 days.
Conclusion: a hotel without charm and with a disappointing value for money.

Regarding parking, as we are located directly in the city center next to Winterthur's main station, we do not have our own parking facilities. However, we offer discounted rates at the nearby station parking garage, which is only a short walk from the hotel.
