Good.

The hotel is very well located, central and practical, with many shops and restaurants.
Very friendly people.

Not a so called International Hotel

The hotel is located at one of the mainstreet in the town and shoplets are available just around the hotel area. However, the hotel room is not clean though and the bathroom facilities is not clean. Eventhough the bathtub is provided but i not even dare to take a bath there. The shower area's door is broken so water spilled everywhere and the whole toilet is wet after shower. Need renovation to make it better. And as usual, they only know chinese so expect you won't communicate with them with other languages. As typical China.

Definitely not a four star

We stayed in this hotel for two nights on Sept 28 and 29. A standard room with a nice balcony overlooking the busy street below. There ended the good part. The carpet in the room needed a thorough cleaning. No drinking water in the room. The bathroom needs urgent renovation. Dimly lit, has a continuous foul smell, hand shower with no shower curtains so the water splashed all over and stagnated forming dirty waterlogged corners. No place near the shower to keep your soap and shampoo. A run down hotel with dark corridors with dirty carpets and a musty smell. The dining hall was also disappointing. Stale food smell. Lots of local cuisine just placed around but with no name or description for identification. Dilute coffee/tea/juice in tiny plastic transparent cups. They did not even have any bread. And we couldn’t order anything since we couldn’t communicate. Even the staff at the reception do not speak any English. They are not at all helpful and just shrug their inability to understand. International travellers will find it extremely difficult. Overall, a bad experience and definitely not a four star property. We should have booked a better hotel in Zhangjiajie.

Creepy hotel

The room was dimly lit with peeling wallpaper. Cupboards look unkempt with a fresh pillow resting on 2 empty bottles of soju in clear sight. Lack of detail in cleaning makes you wonder what other corners they're cutting. There's also a mild stench of stale urine, a little like the public toilets, at my bedside table.

武陵源に行った際に利用したホテル

エアコンは聞いているとは思うのですが、入り口、レストラン　とても寒いです。ホテルのスタッフもオーバーコートをいつも着ていました。
