I called the front desk with my mobile phone and told the front desk that ";the phone may be broken";...not even worthy of one star! And I booked 695 on Ctrip, and checked the price of 5×× on other websites on the day of check-in, which is too unkind! I've been booking hotels on Ctrip, but I didn't expect this...disappointed!
