I recently had the pleasure of staying at Beijing世纪 金源酒店and I cannot say enough about the outstanding service provided by the hotel manager, 王丹丹。From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, seamless, and enjoyable.
Ms. Wang was professional, attentive, and always available with a warm smile and helpful advice. Whether it was accommodating a special request, providing great local recommendations, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, her dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction.
What truly stood out was her genuine care and attention to detail. She made me feel not just like a guest, but like a valued member of the hotel family.

The stay was ok. The staff at check in counter was not very helpful. He just gave me the key card without providing any information.

The stay was excellent! I must give the highest compliment to the hotel staff in all area. Especially the Lobby, concierge and the room service lady. They were so helpful and friendly, recommended us to the sight seeing spots, restaurants and took care of our mid night room service attentively. I travelled with my litter daughter and we both had the most enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again next time we come to Beijing.
