Absolutely perfect location for anyone who wants to be in the 'social' centre of Beijing. Close to many shops, bars, and international restaurants. It's a very basic hotel, but clean, and you get a lot of value for your money! It is a bit hard to find as it is on a floor above a shopping mall and you can't access it from all elevators. Better signpostjng would help. My only complaint is that the room was boiling hot. The air conditioner didn't work. The staff kindly brought in a HUGE mobile air conditioning unit, but even with that on full blast, it was still warmer than I would normally like. That might put me off returning, although the other nearby hotels are all extortionate 5 star places... fine if you are treating yourself... but in the centre of Beijing a hotel is really just a place to leave your bag and fall asleep... for that, this hotel was great!

The hotel was relatively easy to find. I booked this hotel for a business stay in Beijing and needed to be located in this area. I would suggest making sure you book a room with a window. The hotel was convenient for me and staff were friendly. The only downside was the noise from the rooms next door. Thank you for the efficient service and assistance in changing to a much more comfortable room. There are plenty of food options and the famous Tai Koo Li that is located within walking distance too!

Good location if you’re wanting to be central. Hard to find as it’s within a mall. Didi driver had to call and ask how to get in. Hotel was abit of a disappointment with no one speaking English. Hard to communicate anything. Rooms abit outdated but comfortable.

Hotels are located inside of a mall complex, very convenient location for food and shopping. Multiple subway stations are accessible within 10mins walk and plenty of bikes to rent around the area.
Rooms are okay but not very impressive, mainly because of cigarette and musty smell (although no smoking is allowed, there’s still smoke smell everywhere). We had to ask to change the room and the staff was helpful with that. One thing to note is staff doesn’t speak English so the communication can be quite challenging.
