Very enjoyable stay. The environment is very nice and the hotel restaurant is quite good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was a good experience.

Hygiene was extremely poor, the whole place is very rundown, neglected, the boardwalk above the small river is very dangerous to walk on, it could collapse any minute... A lot of dead insects on the balcony, a lot of dust, soap dispenser was clogged due to solidified soap,which indicates that it wasn't changed or checked-on for a long time... Staff is responsive and helpful but very unprofessional. I waited for 20 minutes for a coffee and then I had to go in and ask them... Got my order wrong, invaded our private space disregarding the fact that we said we don't want cleaning, clean towels and sheets left out in the open on the ground... Food in the restaurant is nice but a bit pricey. The whole place is extremely expensive compared to the value it gives. We will not return here.
