Nowy hotel z super miłą i uprzejmą obsługą. Piękny duży pokój, wszystko nowe i super jakości. Świetna lokalizacja blisko Temple of Heaven, można dojść pieszo. Porozumiewanie się przez translator bez problemu. Przyjechaliśmy z lotniska głodni około północy, pomogli nam zamówić posiłek, a robot dostarczył do pokoju w około 35 minut. Zrobili też nam pranie na następny dzień. Gorąco polecam.

I wish I had more time to spend at this hotel, because it was quite nice. It is new, and everything digital. Drinks and popsicles you can eat, amenities for kids. Staff was friendly, did my laundry (wash and dry) for free, room and bed was comfortable. It’s quite near the Temple of Heaven, but a bit ways from other attractions. With DiDi, you shouldn’t have any problems. I have nothing bad to say about this place, it sets a high standard for my future stays in China. Great job!

Friendly and helpful front desk staff, we did have to change rooms due to a toilet issue but they resolved it fast. I wouldn’t recommend for tourists as we had a lot of trouble ordering food in the area this hotel is located in, we ended our stay early due to this. KFC would not serve us and neither would luckin coffee, very unhelpful and rude to foreigners. But the hotel itself was very kind and lovely young man at reception could speak some English and let us use his phone number to get food delivered. The staff will do all they can to make sure you are comfortable. If you want to see a more traditional side of Beijing I recommend but not for westerners outside of hotel. Thank you for a good time and the foot soak was great after a long day at universal

A great hotel option in Beijing even for foreigners! The hotel staff were amazing, there is even a free laundry service where they pop your clothes in the wash for you. Good options for food walking distance and a short DiDi to anywhere you would want to go in Beijing. Highly recommended for the price.

Truly a 5-Star ⭐ Experience — Highly Recommended!
The hotel offers early check-in whenever the room is ready. We arrived at 9 am and were able to check in immediately! I stayed in the family room, which includes one queen-sized bed and one super single bed. As shown in the photos, there was still plenty of space beside the super single, enough for us to comfortably enjoy dinner or supper in the room.
Bonus: food deliveries are sent directly to your room by an AI robot *no need to go down to the lobby, woohoo!
The bathroom was larger than expected, with separate areas for the shower (shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion are provided) and the toilet. The basin area is spacious, with mouthwash, facial towels, and toiletries (given upon check-in). The toilet is a smart/intelligent model very modern and user-friendly. *Very essential for us Malaysians who need a bidet everywhere haha!
I discovered this newly built hotel on Xiaohongshu. I was so impressed by how clean and hygienic everything was no strange smells from the bedsheets, mattress, curtains, or anywhere in the room or hotel. Keep up the great work!
Also, our room slippers were changed daily after housekeeping, such a nice touch!
As for the location, we used Didi for transportation instead of the metro. While Beijing traffic can range from mild to heavy depending on the area, it was still convenient, most attractions were within 10 to 40 minutes away, depending on traffic.
The hotel staff and service were excellent! Everyone we met was polite, helpful, and quick to respond. Laundry service is available daily (between 8am and 12am). One time, we forgot to remove tissues from a pocket, and our clothes came out with tissue bits all over. A staff member kindly informed us and even offered to re-wash them — we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture.
In the end, we decided to use the lint roller (we felt so sorry, but the staff never blamed us!), which is also provided by the hotel. It worked perfectly.
One lovely surprise: the hotel provides free nightly supper, including congee and pickles! And even better, there are complimentary drinks and popsicles available all the time at the lobby for all guests. So generous!
Additionally, you can even order from Taobao in advance. Just inform the front desk before making a purchase, and they’ll assist with the delivery.
I'm so glad I found this hotel, I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Beijing!
