The staff is super nice and the room feels like a real home because you have a living room and a kitchen and a comfortable western style bathroom. I really loved my stay here. I could see myself living in that apartment. Its one of the best most comfortable places i have stayed in Beijing. Apple community is a really good location with a lot of good restaurants nearby. Its a very artistic area. The staff has a friendy bird named Bai Bai.

Hotel was very clean. Was in a good location where it was near a lot of bus lines and some grocery stores. Excellent view from the city in where I was at. Washer was very good in how it washes the clothing well. Clothesline is in an excellent area in her house near the kitchen where it dries the clothes very quick in like 2 days!
The owner can be a little shady at times as well as her workers that works for her. I really didn't like how she moved me back and forth to her other house on the 2nd and 3rd days of my stay back to the first house on the first day, under the story that I was a special guests. More like she is trying to get maximum usage of the room that I was in where she was able to move me to her dingy house which wasn't being occupied by anyone at the moment. It was very disruptive where I couldn't go out sighseeing very well on those days. Thank god this was done to me when I was already on the last week of my trip where I didn't need to travel to anymore famous attraction in Beijing and was ready to leave.
I really hated the way that I was feeling like I was being rushed by her younger 2nd worker with the bleached brown hair to hurry up and pack to move to the other house. I felt really irritated by him at times! Her other worker was friendly and ok. I really wanted to do it by myself and then move to the other house.
She also gave me a bunch of torn and tattered bills when she gave me back my deposit. What is with that?
I am mad with her but yet feel sorry for her that she has to do multiple businesses to survive like cleaning other people's clothing and a grocery store because of her economic situation where she is forced to do these underhanded tactics to survive as well as most other people in China that have to deal with a similiar situation.
Hopefully we won't have to live in a world like this soon that is so cruel.

在这几天我们都非常的照顾您，您订的的是一个4天内窗的随机房，我们给您调了3天的外窗.搬家全程都是我们车接车送你几乎什么都不用动，房型调得更好也没给你加差价，我们怎能卑鄙挂上钩？小伙计是看到你把用过的纸放在口袋和桌上重复用，用过的盒子还要留着，会觉得非常不卫生，东西摆的有点乱，在公区看着很不养眼，所以他友善的提醒你，却造成您对他有不好的印象
我们的卫生很多时候都是用手在地上擦，和自己房子一样的用心❤️…… 所以我们希望每个客户都是有很好的感受，细节上也尽量的注意，别因为个人卫生影响到他人
现金有点旧，但是因为我们很少有现金给你微信或者支付宝，你又不接受。如果你觉得旧了我们可以给您找人更换。您不说话，我们怎么知道呢？就像你有意见一样，我也不知道，您在微信里多次强调感谢我对您的照顾，凌晨24.00及1:00还有再给我发消息，我们也在努力的服务您，一切用心就好，也祝你一路都好

Very very helpful staff, you should know talk to a native to get in contact with the people owner, apart from that lovely people and nice rooms for the price

Technically it a 3BHK .. and they provide you a SOFA in the hall .. I paid extra money to upgrade to one of the single rooms !! There was only 1 Bathroom with non function door lock .It was very hot in the room no fan , no AC , mosquitoes were there and in this selected room ..! They provide you SOFA to sleep

您定的就是一个沙发床，还是一个内窗的沙发床，给您升级为楼上的床，而不是沙发床，同时也给您多个选择，有很多正常的房间，而是您不想补太多的钱，您只愿意原基础上补一点点，您来时还正好是节假是，节假是双倍的价，都是给您特别优惠了，另外您的床边就是空调而且很大，特别棒，图片显示也很清楚，您自己不开也不问，那不能怪我，我们没有任何一个房间是没有空调和风扇，您说次日比较早，我让同事等您到深夜近一点给您现金 这是在没有查房就给您退了 ，还等您这么久，任何酒店民宿都是和日期有关 节假日就是不一样，房间是您自己挑的，带您看完后您再定的 另外您是唯一一个说有蚊子的人，而且我们有免费蚊香，只是您不开口要，我们哪懂呢，是真是有蚊子还是您只是没话找个事说呢？您换的这个叫客厅舒适床，大家可以从图看，是不是空调的照片很明显，就在您的床边，您却还能说没空调 ，大端午哪都是价高，我们却按最低价给您的，对客户一切用心就好

Thank you for the stay! The couch that I’ve booked was not available because I’m a woman and there was already a man in the same apartment. But she give my a really good price for a privet room. Thank you!
