All are very good, the service quality is good.

Very satisfied with this stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is elegant and tranquil, and the public areas are kept clean and fresh. The guest room is spacious, the hygiene is meticulous, the bedding is soft, and the quality of rest at night is very good. What impressed me the most was the service; every staff member was smiling, patient, and their requests were always handled promptly and properly.

If you’ve stayed in Shanghai-La in capital cities you might feel a little let down by this hotel which is more of a Shangri-La Lite version. That said, good location, quiet, predominantly clean rooms. Breakfast a little basic. All in all. A comfortable stay, thank you team.

Excellent location and heartfelt service

We stayed two nights and enjoyed the excellent location and the quietness of Shangri-La in Zhoushan - we were very well served by the lobby manager in arranging our individual trips to the different sightseeing spots in the area. Current shortcoming of the hotel is that there is no gym in the hotel. Furthermore, the bathroom / toilet in our room was very small which based on my previous experiences with many Shangri-La hotels in Asia should not be the Shangri-La standard. All in all, a very comfortable stay to explore Zhoushan, Zhujiajian and Putuoshan.

The hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La" expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for "online payment" which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland.

I am very happy to see that the hotel has continued to improve after the epidemic. The restaurant has been changed to the first floor and the area is much larger. There are at least three vegetarian dishes to choose from for breakfast. When I saw that I was drinking porridge, I took the initiative to deliver freshly fried porridge Fried dough sticks, the waiter also took the initiative to make them when drinking freshly ground coffee. During dinner, there were handsome Ukrainian men and women singing live. The only downside is that the temperature of the restaurant is a bit low during dinner, and the dishes are cold quickly. After eating, I feel sick to my stomach.
