Novotel hotel staff has been very heart warming. I would like to particularly commend hotel staff Pooh. They were attentive and always catered to our needs. We needed help with navigating the apps for ordering of food and transport and they went over and beyond to assist us and giving us helpful tips. They also offered their own curated guide to allow us to explore the area better. Everyone was very kind and the rooms and facilities were top notch! Highly recommend anyone who visits to consider staying with Novotel!

Overall is great!
Pros
1) full facilities with great, friendly front desk stuff members (Luna and Hary have great service mind)
2) great locations, located ~200m away from shopping mall, metro station, and convenient store down stairs
Cons
1) the closest shopping mall seemed to be abandoned
2) the room soundproofing is not very good. We can hear traffic noise in the morning
Pros

My stay at Novotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the incredible staff especially Harryand Michael. Harry provided outstanding service attentive, professional, and always going above and beyond to ensure every need was met. His warm demeanor and efficiency made me feel genuinely valued. Michael offered unparalleled care his attention to detail and thoughtful gestures "remembering my coffee preference" and"arranging a surprise amenity" made the experience unforgettable. The combination of Harry’s expertise and Michael’s heartfelt hospitality reflects the hotel’s commitment to excellence. I’ll absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a five-star experience!

Noya, the front desk was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Very good service from the hotel overall. The laundry room has someone that will help to send the clothes from the your room after cleaning. The cleaner (吕娅琴) was very helpful with the hotel services and tided the room promptly. Fresh fruit platter everyday. Will come back again. Fantastic stay.

Super good room and service, very good place to rest, received a warm welcome, especially super good taking care from “JOY” (picture) when we got a trouble at night, all front desk staff is also very superb service-mind
