I checked inn around 11 pm , Ac temperature wasnt able to come down below 25degree, couldn’t sleep whole night🙈🙈Not at all happy .

There was one guy that spoke English with glasses he was super nice he really made us feel good. The rooms are super great with a nice bathtub and mini bar! The restaurant was so good western buffet breakfast and dinner I really loved the buffet it’s the best part of the hotel! The pool area is good to chill the life guard was super handsome and sweet to us! The only part that was disappointing is the young girl working at the info desk at the gym and pool area she was so rude and she just gave me a very dirty look every time I went to the gym there was another girl working there at spoke a little English with glasses that was really nice towards us!! Otherwise it’s a really nice hotel I was super happy most of the time! FYI if you arrive late at the hotel check in might take long if your a foreigner..

I traveled to Yangzhou on the fifth day of the Lunar New Year, and most of the hotels were out of rooms due to the temporary itinerary. This one in the southwestern part of the designated city has parking lots both above and below ground, and the parking spaces are generally not tight. This hotel turned out to be the Four Points by Sheraton. The hotel supplies and maps did not change the name. The hotel facilities are relatively old and well maintained. During the Spring Festival, there were very few staff members. During the entire stay, I met only three people, a front desk, a security guard and a guest room aunt. To make complaints, it is understandable that there are few staff members in special times, but it is necessary to maintain a minimum number of people. There is no one in the gift department, and they push the luggage up with a cart by themselves. The experience is very poor.

Facilities: The overall environment is good. The lobby that just entered the door is still very beautiful. The environment: I ate in the cafeteria with my friends at night. There happened to be a king's event. You can use the wireless network in the hotel to use characters and skins for free. surprise
