Avoiding the rush hour of the Spring Festival, I arrived at the hotel at nearly 3:00 p.m. and waited for nearly 15 minutes for ward rounds. But when I got to the room, I found that there was garbage left by previous guests in the yard, the floor was dusty, and there were hairs on the pillow.
