Superior Hotel and Executive Lounge service exceptional
A special mention also goes to Sarah and Ken in the Executive Lounge, who both provided consistently warm, attentive, and professional service throughout our stay. However, the standout experience was with Moby in the Executive Lounge. He went above and beyond to make our trip memorable, giving us fantastic recommendations for things to do, including advice on visiting Victoria Peak, restaurant suggestions, and helpful local tips that really enhanced our time in Hong Kong.
The Executive Lounge itself was absolutely worth the extra cost. The service was exceptional, the drinks selection was very good, and the food offerings were surprisingly generous and high quality. It added a real luxury touch to the overall experience.
If you’re visiting Hong Kong and looking for a hotel with excellent hospitality, a great location, and genuinely attentive colleagues, I would absolutely recommend the Conrad Hong Kong and strongly suggest upgrading to include Executive Lounge access. Thank you again to the whole team for such a memorable stay.

A disgraceful experience – the room was literally falling apart
The photographs speak for themselves: the ceiling in our room was literally falling down onto my head. This was not a small crack or a minor maintenance issue. Parts of the ceiling were coming down, creating a genuinely alarming and potentially dangerous situation. I have photographs documenting the condition.
The room itself was in a deplorable state, completely inconsistent with what anyone should expect from a Conrad or a luxury Hilton property. Looking at the condition of the room, one could honestly think the hotel was in serious decline.
Breakfast was another complete disaster. It was not simply disappointing — basic items were not being replenished at all. Food would run out and, when we asked for more, the response from staff was simply: “It’s finished.” No replacement, no alternative and apparently no concern. For a hotel of this category, this was absolutely unacceptable. The breakfast experience was honestly shocking.
The experience at reception was equally terrible. We were treated as if we were complete strangers rather than valued guests. Despite being a Hilton Honors Gold member, there was no meaningful recognition whatsoever.
Even more frustrating, whenever we made a request, the answer seemed to be simply “no”. There was little effort to help, find alternatives or make us feel welcome.

Thank you for bringing your recent stay to our attention. We are deeply concerned by your feedback, as the conditions and service levels you described are completely unacceptable and far below the luxury standards we hold ourselves to at Conrad Hong Kong.
The safety and comfort of our guests are our highest priorities. Hearing about the condition of your room's ceiling is alarming, and our engineering leadership has been notified to inspect and address this issue immediately. Furthermore, the lack of food replenishment at breakfast, along with the dismissive service and absence of Hilton Honors Gold recognition at reception, fall drastically short of the hospitality we strive to deliver.
We take your experience very seriously and would welcome the opportunity to investigate this thoroughly.

Great Hotel
Customer service was ok. They are very busy so it’s difficult to provide very personal customer service. It took a while to check in.
The room was very nice and comfortable. I had an upgraded view of the peak. The windows were very large so it was nice to fall asleep with this view. It was also very quiet!
Overall they stay was good but not amazing.
