First Hong Kong Disney

I went to my first Hong Kong Disney with my daughter! The park and the hotel make the rounds every 15 minutes or so. It was an early check-in on the day of the park in, but they smoothly gave us room numbers and instructions on how to deliver souvenirs from the park. Also, the next day, go to the ink plate without reservation. Minnie didn't line up when she entered the store before 8 o'clock, and soon after she arrived at her seat! We waited for 3 pairs and there was no one behind us, so it was all we could take! It started getting crowded and lined up to enter the store from around 8:30. We recommend entering the store at 8 o'clock. The shop is small, but you can take souvenirs here as it has the same items as in the park. The only amenities are slippers and towels. There is a water dispenser (hot is also possible) for convenience. Please enjoy it♡

Great birthday trip stay

Spent 2 nights here for my birthday with my bestie and it was the perfect mix of Disney and relaxing.
Loved the old Hollywood feel - less busy than the main park hotels. The gardens and piano pool were nice to unwind after park days. Room was comfy and quiet. Free bus to Disneyland took 10 mins. Staff had that classic Disney friendliness.

Lovely hotel with easy transport links from Hong Kong using MTR and hotel shuttle. The hotel was being renovated but we didn’t experience any disruption. Everyone was so friendly.

Great variety on breakfast. Well maintained and clean room. All ticks for a Disneyland Hotel. However doesn't have any vending machine for after hours need.

The bed must be one of the worst ! You might as well sleep on the floor.
Service in the restaurants was good and food was almost ok.
If this was not a Disney product it would be a 3 star hotel.
I normally only live in 5 star so my expectations might be high but in have over 800 night last 6 years in 8 diffrent countries so I know how it should be.
