Good Location!
Came back to this property after a year. Very good location, short walk to Mongkok MTR and easy to get food around. The two more younger staff were friendlier than the other mature staff. Free coffee and tea is provided at Level3. Small gym at Level 3 too. Strong water pressure with fast hot water. Small room size but is ok for solo traveler.

It shows that child can stay for free, so we requested for a crib in our booking as we notice that the room only has queen sized bed, the front desk told us that crib only for younger child but not our toddler. In fact, when we reached the room we realized that it’s impossible to squeeze in a crib as the room is very small and only left a narrow path to walk. Also, we called to the front desk to request for a towel for our kid, but the answer we got from them is no. We are very disappointed with the stay, I would say the hotel can only be rated as 2-3 star. It’s totally not worth at this price point

Since your child is 4 years old, the baby crib may not have been suitable, as explained by our front desk team upon your arrival.
Concerning the room size, we have provided detailed dimensions and photos for each room category on Trip.com and our official website for reference. While we regret any inconvenience caused by space constraints, we kindly remind guests that our standard room amenities are designed for two adults, and additional items for children are not included unless specified.
As for the towel request, we sincerely apologize if the service did not meet expectations. All concerned staff have been reminded to adhere strictly to our hotel’s service standards, ensuring gracious and attentive care for all guests.

Very nice hotel and well located in Mong Kok. Closed to shipping areas and between Mong Kok and Mong Kok east stations.

The hotel location is close to MTR and a lot of eateries in Mongkok. The room is clean and tidy.
