My A/C didn’t work in the beginning and I talked to the receptionist and they made it work in the time I went out for a walk.
The hotel is also close to the Ceramic street and a 15-20min walk from the old town.
The entire area is an art district and I met some artists who had courses and workshops there.

服务：管家普通话标准 礼仪话术规范 但响应问题速度待提高（比如询问是否有餐食加热服务 隔了一天也没回复 客房内电话打去管家也没人接电话） -0.7

卫生：房间卫生干净整洁
环境：因为带了狗狗入住所以非常满意园区的草坪！！！工作日入住基本上没有什么人可以让小狗快乐奔跑！
服务：前台小姐姐小陈服务特别好！！细心周到！有任何问题也都第一时间给解决！
整体体验感不错！但是早餐厅的工作人员服务态度真的不好👎有什么问题咨询回答都是磨磨唧唧！！希望培训的时候可以注意一下谢谢！！
