Very high end hotel, enjoyed my stay there, only down side is you have to go 3-4 k's even to have a coffee. All amenities like spa, pool and gym are paid.. Will book again if in area.

On arrival the receptionist seemed unwelcoming towards me, no smile or hello seemed annoyed that I wanted to check in and she would need to use a translator to speak to me. I asked for prices and she kinda gave me a disgusted look so I said I’ll book online and she seemed to prefer that. Eventually checked in arrived to my room it was comfortable but on closer inspection the there were stains all over the seating area and little sofa , it was covered with strips of ripped up towels to hide them so avoided sitting on them and stayed to the bed which was comfortable and clean. It’s a nice hotel I wouldn’t recommend it for a family but good for couples wanting to use it for romantic purposes. It has a separate spa that seemed popular , I’ve added a price list here

The air conditioner of the hotel is very poor. Just entered the room at 30 degrees and the staff said that it would take 1 hour to open the ice for almost 2-3 hours. It was still about 30 degrees and could not stand the room, so an electric fan was arranged! The air conditioner is turned on for one night, and the lowest temperature in the room is 26.4 degrees in the morning. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel, and the air conditioner in every room is like this. I stayed in another room the day before. ...
