Not bad for the money. Good location

I was trying to save a few bucks so chose this instead of usual 5 star options in Tianhe. I was expecting a lot worse. Actually this was a pretty good choice.
Room was huge and well appointed
Location was amazing . Location in Google is totally wrong. It's actually right next to Grand Hyatt and 2 min walk to underground.
Breakfast was definitely not five star but not bad.
All in all I recommend and will come back

Manager was rude and ignorant to our needs

We arrived after a 10 hr bus trio 100 people to find the bar was not open and dining restricted to reservations only
The hotel was had skeleton staff and the manager was non moving on accomodating us and in fact closed the restaurant to us
This hotel had 8 months forewarning a large group was coming in and shows his total lack of managerial skills to make the appropriate arrangements. He in fact lost around €5000 to 6000 euros as a result of his incompetence and ignorance he was inhospitable in the hospitality industry how ironic
Luckily his female convention manager was more sympathetic and arranged a local pizza parlour to deliver to us maybe she should be manager many thanks to her.
To top it off our tour leaders shower backed up and flooded his room wetting all his clothes in his bag.
Overall a very poor experience

Not worth the money

The shower water leaked into the hallway, there was no rug or towel underfoot. What's $140 for? It’s not clear, but now regarding the service, they took payment twice and said the refund would be within 2 days, the payment was on July 22, it’s already August 9 and there is no answer, I wrote to the mail, they didn’t even answer. This is how we treat customers

Cozy

Cozy atmospher, big rooms and clean. Very happy to find hotel where is rooms without carpet.
Breakfast was not enjoyable, it will be nice to add offer for fruits and cheese. In reception desk was difficult to find English speakers. Internet connection was poor might be caused by the fair time.

Canton accommodation

I really enjoyed staying at H'Life Hotel. It was very clean with a comfortable bed, and they provided a good breakfast. The location is great and you can walk to a variety of different places with shops close by. The only thing that was a bit weird was going up to the 17th floor and then down to your room in a different elevator.
