The rooms are located in small terraced houses, with a balcony. We were facing the swimming pool, which is medium-size and has shallow water area. The garden is fabulous, super well maintained and the restaurant serves delightful Chinese-style buffet breakfast cooked with very fresh ingredients. We greatly relished the time there.

There were comfortable tables under tents and hammocks in the garden. A big swing hanging from a splendid tree, filling children’s heart!

The front desk is very helpful and nice. Chinese breakfast was nice and sufficient. We are Chinese speaking foreigners. The room was clean and had amenities like coffee, tea, toothbrush and shampoo, etc. the bed was comfortable I can only recommend this hotel. The price is also convenient. The rooms are situated in villas around the main building.

The corridor light in the room I stayed in is broken (but it has little impact, so there is no warranty); I live on the 3rd floor of the villa area, the balcony space is good, not small, but it is really necessary to add some outdoor facilities (parasols, tables and chairs, etc.), Now it's empty, and every night to drink tea on the balcony, I have to take out my own chair, and the tea set can only be placed on the fence; there is only one chair in the room (the side of the same room type that I stayed in at the beginning but without the balcony is two chairs) , very inconvenient, and finally had to temporarily borrow one from the hotel; the bathroom does not seem to have a ventilator; the same room type does not have a balcony, there is a bathtub in the room, but there is no balcony, it depends on everyone's needs. The daily cleaning during the stay is really demanding; the hotel's laundry and ironing are self-service, that is to say, you need to take it to the self-service laundry room (the style can refer to ";The Big Bang Theory";) to handle it yourself, which is also Forget it, the iron was borrowed by other guests, but the hotel front desk didn't know it at all, and let me see it myself? ! The clothes I want to wear to my friend's wedding the next day, I can only temporarily find a way to deal with it 😤 In fact... the service level at the front desk is really... quite uncomfortable (not just the iron), etiquette standards and Communication habits need to be improved 🫤
