Very nice hotel. Big and clean family room with a picturesque view to Tang Paradise West Gate. Delicious breakfast. Very good attitude. Very convenient location near many touristic sights

The location is perfect for tourist who are not very familiar with Xi’an and the staff are very professional and helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access nearby attractions. The room was very spacious and featured both a bathtub and a shower, which was a nice touch. The high ceilings added to the sense of space and comfort. The service was outstanding; the staff was attentive and eager to assist with any requests. The breakfast was average, catering more to Chinese tastes, and could use a bit more variety to accommodate Western preferences. While the English proficiency of the staff could be improved, it did not significantly hinder my stay. Despite these minor issues, my stay was enjoyable, and I would recommend this hotel.

Juerael Hotel is definitely the only hotel to stay whenever in Xi'an
Reason
======
i. Excellent 5 stars, first class customer service
Rose, Lucky and Lily, are very caring and thoughtful and gone through great length to help us in all areas despite of our physical disabilities
They specially arranged a ground floor room so that we are able to move about with ease, in and out of the hotel despite that there is elevator in the hotel
ii. Excellent housekeeping
The housekeepers painstakingly ensures that everything are neat and tidy
iii. Just beside MRT (Datang Furongyuan)(Line 4: Connects to all other MRT Lines 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 14)
Less than 50 metres from the entrance of MRT or 2 mins walk, with elevator. Great for luggages
iv. Modern room

v. Beside major tourist attractions, shops and supermarket
Within walking distance to Tang Paradise, Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, Qujiang, Grand Tang Dynasty Ever-bright City, 长安十二时辰主题街区, Qujiang Polar Ocean Park

尊敬的宾客：您好！相信我们是有缘分的，在古城西安，您能选择我们玥汐酒店，就证明我们酒店的品质符合您的品位。服务好，设施过硬，处处体现文化是大家认可的奥！酒店至大雁塔步行10分钟，大唐芙蓉园过马路就是，还有至网红街，大唐不夜城步行也不过10分钟左右，吃喝玩乐都很方便。看着美景，享受美食，想象曾今的大唐盛世，繁华的长安夜，欣赏皇室私家园林建筑，看看晨钟暮鼓，逛回民街······真是诉说不尽呀，还是让我们继续相约玥汐，不见不散喽！
