My stay at the hotel was okay, but there were a couple of issues.
The breakfast was quite limited, with not many options to choose from. Also, even though I stayed in a non-smoking room, I could smell cigarette smoke coming from the hallway or nearby rooms in the morning and at night.
Overall, it was an average experience, but these issues made it less comfortable.

Overall was a pleasant stay. Rooms were big and very comfortable. I especially liked that we were provided with four bottles of water in our room each day! I rated 4/5 stars for staff and service as we had a slight incident of a missing luggage cover. We placed the luggage cover close to the door at the end of the corridor but discovered it missing when we returned back after a day out. Called to check and was informed that the staff did not see anything in the room which to us was a little odd because we did not move it from its spot before we left the room in the morning. We re-purchased another cover so it was fine but thought that it could have been better managed and handled instead of just telling us nothing was seen in the room. Would still recommend staying here though. Marriott has always been a trusted choice of my family and this time it remains the same even with the slight hiccup

A good serving of morning buffet and can have your fill before starting the day.
Location nearby to Shenyang North station about a 10 to 20 mins walk.
A little far from Zhong-jie where the Shenyang palace is or Si-ta-jie the Korean sector.
Old Shenyang station build in style of Tokyo station and the old colonial buildings in Zhong-shan square down the thoroughfare will take you back to the Jap colonial era 100yrs ago.
DiDi cab hailing is convenient or city bus routes well connected but set time for traffic jam. eBike & bike app renta l in city .
