Huge Hotel with great sport facilities
The sport facilities are amazing: huge indoor pool (5 lanes 25m), outdoor Tennis, gym, Table Tennis, Aerobic, Martial Arts, to name a few...

Nice but poor staff
Rooms are spacious and clean. The lifts are always crammed and take forever. Happy just could be better
Handy location for work but a friendly smile or being helpful would help

Just a Strange Place
The Hotel have two Towers, I booked the modern one. The Bed is made from Stone and the feeling is not so god. Whatever, for this meeting it was ok, but take care what you book....

Only location was good...
Internet connection - very slow.
Breakfast - two types - for Asian people and western style. In the morning it was not easy to find place to eat.
It's time for general renovation.

Dissapointment
Although it's convenient to stay in the same hotel of the Congress, this hotel is just the wrong choice:
1. Old fashioned and desperately needs renovation
2. The bed matrress is as hard as the floor. Bad sleep quality, woke up in pain... it's the same for all the rooms.
3. Hotel staff are not nice and helpful, and most of them don't speak english.
4. The location is far from everything
Too bad, because Shanghai is awesome....
