Friendly and helpful concierge staff and hotel manager who are very willing to provide assistance in directions and guidance on how to place food deliveries with the hotel number as I do not have a local number tagged to my e-Sim.
The cleanliness and size of the room is way beyond my expectations of a 3-star hotel. Water pressure of the shower is very good.
The only complaint I have is that on 2 of the days, the bathroom seems to smell of cigarette smoke coming from the air-vent.
The housekeeping ladies are friendly and always accommodating to come and clean-up only at times of the day you requested.
One thing to note is that when you order a didi, do indicate the pick-up location as the exact detailed address of the hotel, rather than just the name of the hotel, as the drivers will not drive in to the hotel lobby but will only wait at the side of the road. I have had 3 occasion of this happening and did not know why until I decided to put the detailed address one of the days.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who would not want to over-spend on hotel but still wants quality service and clean rooms.

When I come to Shanghai on business, I often choose this hotel because it is close to the company and has convenient transportation. The soundproofing of the rooms by the road is good. The breakfast is rich in variety. The decoration of the hotel is quite satisfactory in Chinese style. The new waiter is a little shy and needs to be strengthened. Compared with the surrounding area, it is a very cost-effective hotel.

Get out of the subway station and walk for about 10 minutes to the hotel. The decoration of the hotel is quite satisfactory, and the front desk staff are friendly and quick to handle the formalities. The room was cleaned, welcome fruit was placed in the room, and a reminder card was placed on the table, indicating that the room has been disinfected, and anti-epidemic items can be picked up at the front desk. It is also very convenient to go to the surrounding business district for dinner and shopping in the evening, and yogurt and snacks have been placed on the bedside table in the guest room. On the second morning, there are more varieties of breakfast. When checking out, the front desk also gave an epidemic prevention gift package. The price is still affordable.
