Service is memorable, not just the hotel itself

This stay was really good, especially to thank the front desk team.
Because my name was wrong on the side of Agoda, the hotel could not find my booking information on the first day of arrival. We were a little worried at the time, but the front desk colleagues were very professional and calm to help us arrange another room first, and suggested that we contact Agoda processing, and also tell us if we find repeated payments later, you can go back to the front desk to help with the refund.
Later we discovered that there were no additional charges at the hotel, things were already resolved, but Yuki from the front desk was very impressed – she actively called to follow up on the situation, reminding us to contact Agoda to cancel the wrong order, avoid being charged repeatedly afterwards, the whole process was very careful, proactive and responsible, it feels like she was genuinely wanting to help the guests solve the problem, not just finish the job.
I also want to thank Nora in particular. We asked what attractions are worth visiting nearby, and she was not just a simple introduction, but a very dedicated explanation, and even wrote a detailed address and the name of the attractions in hand, so we can see directly to the local driver. When she introduced the passion and love for the local area was really contagious, making it feel like she was genuinely wanting to share the best of the local experience with visitors.
In fact, when I decided to go to Wuhan and choose a hotel, I also read the reviews on the little red book first, and I saw someone mention this hotel experience in general, and said to wait for the elevator for a long time, so I also hesitated at the time. After check-in, you want to share your real feelings - it is true that because the hotel floors are higher, taking the elevator sometimes takes a little more time than a regular hotel, but there is absolutely no exaggeration online, and the overall arrangement is actually smooth. On the other hand, I feel the breakfast is more than expected, there are plenty of options, and the environment is very comfortable, whether the breakfast area or the public space is relaxing, the overall experience is better than originally expected.
Finally, there is a fun little plot - the last day discovered the hotel lobby gathered a lot of people waiting, it looked like there would be a star. We couldn’t help asking Yuki exactly who the star was, and as a result she didn’t reveal it anyway (Laughter). This detail in turn makes us appreciate the hotel's importance and professionalism of guests' privacy.

This is a brand new hotel with the best room and best food. The breakfast totally worth the price. The hotel is right next to the subway. Highly recommend.
