Sol palmeras review
I had an excellent stay at Sol Palmeras Beach. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the food was excellent and varied. The air conditioning was also excellent and worked perfectly throughout our stay.
One of the things I appreciated most was the hotel’s private beach. It was clean, peaceful, and not crowded, making it perfect for families and relaxation.
The staff were excellent—friendly, professional, and very helpful.
Most importantly, the value for money was even better than I expected. Considering the price we paid, the quality of the services and overall experience exceeded our expectations.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel is worse than a prison
I got a 2 person room with my boyfriend. When we got there, there was unflushed urine and skid marks on the toilet. The entire room looked disgusting and dirty, there were no power outlets, no wifi, no bedding or pillows, no towels, and there was trash left in the bin. The AC barely worked, I only managed to get 2 hours of sleep in the heat.
My 12 year old sister with type 1 diabetes stayed in a 3 person room with my mom and my 8 year old sister. The hotel staff refused to prioritise giving my diabetic sister a room so we could refrigerate her insulin, completely ignoring our multiple pleas for help as this was the last of her insulin and we had no idea when we would be able to fly home. We were genuinely begging the staff, saying she could die, she needs a fridge for her insulin. They didn't even look in our direction. Many people in our group argued for us as well and we still got ignored by the staff.
Once my sister got a room, it didn't even have a fridge. My mother asked the hotel staff for a fridge many times during the night and in the morning, was told somebody would bring a fridge, but nobody came.
My sister's insulin completely went out meaning she had no medical supplies left. We had to spend £3000 that morning booking a flight home ASAP, otherwise my sister could have died.
The entire hotel was filthy as well, it was so bad that most people who were on our bus from the cancelled flight walked straight out after seeing it and refused to stay there.
The hotel was filthy, there was no working wifi, no power, and the food looked disgusting.
