Very lovely summer holiday
Hotel with a great friendly atmosphere, the all staff always very helpful and nice. I had a cosy room with an amazing seaview. I loved the very beautiful tropical garden and a special art the architecture the hotel building and the loby reception. The restaurant and 24h all invlusive good tasty meals, deserts, salads, season fresh fruits. I had a big pleasure to enjoy together dinner with monsieur directeur general. I wish i could to come back soon. Thank you for my wonderful holiday

Very bad experience
Very bad experience at the Nahrawess Hammamet.
Our stay started very badly: more than 4 hours of waiting to get our room. Upon our arrival, one of the rooms had broken air conditioning and a strong smell of sewage, making the room practically uninhabitable. Despite several complaints, we had to change rooms three times, without a satisfactory solution being provided quickly.
We also suffered water outages, which made the stay even more unpleasant and absolutely does not correspond to the expected level of service.
The only positive point is that the buffet was decent and there was entertainment for the children, even if the general entertainment of the hotel was quite mediocre.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel due to the poor management of the problems encountered, the numerous malfunctions, and the lack of responsiveness to customer complaints.

A real nice vacation, comfortable and could be titled as heavenly and chill
This hotel is honestly much better than what some of the reviews make it look like. I really do not understand the extremely negative comments, especially considering the price and everything you get. The value for money is genuinely amazing.
The food was one of the best parts of our stay. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all offer a huge variety of food. There are so many options that I honestly do not think anyone could struggle to find something they like. There are different types of meat, seafood, salads, pasta, pizza, local dishes, fresh fruit, desserts, and much more. Snacks are served from 3 PM at the pool bar, which is great if you get hungry between lunch and dinner.
Cleanliness is good overall. The rooms are simple but comfortable and have everything you need. I will be honest—if you want one of the better rooms with stronger WiFi, better air conditioning, a nicer balcony view, and a cleaner bathroom, leaving a tip of around €20 at reception will probably make a noticeable difference. That should not really be necessary, but it is the reality in many hotels here.
The bars are probably the weakest part of the hotel. There is a small white beach bar that mostly serves juices and hot coffee, while the lobby and pool bars offer alcoholic drinks as well. The staff are generally friendly, but the service is not always perfect. Sometimes you have to ask for something more than once, and occasionally staff will make comments to each other in a language you do not understand, which can make you feel like you should not ask again. Still, try to remember that many of these people work long hours for very low wages. They are human, and it is unrealistic to expect every employee to be cheerful every second of the day.
The animation team, however, is absolutely incredible. They work around 12 hours a day and always seem full of energy. They organize games, sports, pool activities, dancing, and every evening they put on amazing themed shows. There are themed nights, fantastic performances, karaoke nights, and they constantly involve the audience instead of just performing on stage. They create such a fun atmosphere that it is impossible not to smile. What impressed me the most is how wonderful they are with children—they make every child feel included, spend time with them, play with them, and make sure they have an unforgettable holiday. They are also incredibly friendly with adults and genuinely deserve much more appreciation than they usually get.
The pools are perfectly clean, and there is even a beautiful seawater pool. The nature around the resort is stunning, and the walk to the beach is beautiful. The whole resort has a unique atmosphere and is much prettier in person than many photos suggest.
The public bathrooms outside the rooms can sometimes be dirty, but keep in mind you are visiting Tunisia and staying at a very affordable all-inclusive resort, not a luxury hotel. If you come with realistic expectations, you get beautiful scenery, excellent food, clean rooms, daily housekeeping, great pools, entertainment, and almost everything included for an excellent price.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is not perfect, but it offers far more than many of the negative reviews suggest. If you judge it based on the value for money instead of expecting perfection, you will probably have a great holiday.

Nightmaaaaaare to avoid
A disastrous experience from start to finish. This establishment absolutely does not deserve its rating. One star is still too much.
Upon our arrival, the check-in was a real nightmare. We had to change rooms four times before finding one where the air conditioning worked somewhat. It is simply unacceptable.
The front desk staff is disrespectful, unprofessional, and totally indifferent to customer problems. With every complaint, we felt like we were bothering them.
The pool is in a deplorable state: dirty water, lack of maintenance, and damaged floor. My sister even got injured because of the deteriorated surface, which is unacceptable and dangerous.
The dining is catastrophic: tasteless food, little variety, and very poor quality. Nothing matches the advertised services.
The worst part remains the lack of water in the rooms. When I went to report the problem to the front desk, instead of apologizing or finding a solution, a staff member replied to me with contempt: "What did you pay? Look at the price!" A scandalous and totally disrespectful response toward customers who paid for a service that was never up to par.
The value for money is shameful. This hotel is very far from the standards it claims to offer. I strongly advise against this establishment to anyone wishing to spend a vacation s

The hotel is aging, most amenities are closed, pictures doesn’t really reflect reality… it was quite boring in there. I wish them good luck, but the hotel needs investment to get back in shape and attract more clients
