Stay at the beginning of the week, July 6-9, 2026.
It was a good experience, the highlight was the staff who were very kind and attentive.
The rooms were good and we were offered a nice view of the pool from rooms 343-345.
The pools were good, with one being saltwater and a waterslide.
The dining was acceptable and the restaurant was full of very nice young men.
The entertainment was very good.
I recommend this hotel; during my stay, everyone was happy and satisfied.
Mouradi is good and it is improving.
I stayed three years ago at Mouradi Menzah, it was good.
Mouradi Skanes two years ago was also nice.
The rooms were good and we were offered a nice view of the pool from rooms 343-345.

Very Disappointing – Definitely Not a 4-Star Hotel
This was one of the biggest disappointments we have ever experienced. We chose this hotel because it was advertised as a 4-star resort, but unfortunately it did not meet even the most basic expectations.
The room was extremely small, old, and poorly maintained. Several things were broken, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. The cleanliness was far below what we expected from a hotel of this category.
The food was one of the biggest disappointments. There was very little variety, the quality was poor, and the meals were repetitive. It certainly did not feel like an all-inclusive 4-star experience.
The service was almost non-existent. It was very difficult to get assistance, and the staff showed little interest in helping guests. Basic services that should be available at a beach resort, such as pool towels, were not even provided.
The biggest problem was that the hotel looked nothing like the photos and description we saw before booking. The reality was completely different from what was advertised, and we felt misled.
We were so disappointed that we decided not to continue our stay and moved to another hotel. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing holiday or a genuine 4-star experience.
We sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes significant improvements because, in its current condition, this hotel does not deserve its advertised rating.

The Pros and Cons of this hotel
Our experience was mixed on this. 12 of us went on a family holiday and this is our honest and personal experience!
ROOM
Me my Fiance had a room with our 3 and 2 year old and upon arriving made sure the reception knew we needed a safe room for the kids. The room we got was very outdated, had black mold on the ceiling, the electric sockets where hanging off the wall and the balcony was infested with lots of ants. We had to ask for a fridge when the other rooms already had one. We told the reception and was told this was all they could give us. On our 4th night we spoke to the customer services during a meeting and was told we should of made her personally aware the room wasnt safe and she moved our room. The 1st 2 rooms she gave us had really low balconies with no locking patio doors which was no good as our 3 year old is a climber and the customer services lady looked generally peed off with us, the 3rd room was better and we could block the patio doors. This room was modern and nice.
STAFF
Most of the staff were great, friendly with all our family and would go out their way to talk to us and make our experience pleasant. All the staff spoke English, French, German and Arabic. There was a couple of unfriendly staff especially on the last 2 days but honestly not many and we think this was because the hotel got really busy on our last 2 days and it was also EID and they was at work so it was understandable.
FOOD
Food was generally good, there wasnt much change at breakfast, but the lunch and dinner was varied with options. There was once we had skewers from the grill and they was slightly uncooked but the rest was fine. The desserts are great! At the start of the week we had a big reserved family table but on the 4th day this was changed and we was told now its getting busy the hotel has to use their own restaurant and the one that we was in belonged to a different hotel, which made no sense but the other restaurant looked nicer, it was a shame that we didn't get a service at the new restaurant, tables where not cleaned all day and they no longer got us drinks. Food ran out quick and we had to wait quite a while for more to be bought out. I dont think they was prepared for it to get busy.
SPA
My fiance and mother in law had a 2 hour spa treatment. Be aware, what you book isn't what it promises! The free access to the jacuzzi is just been took into the indoor pool which is already free. You get locked in the sauna so just be aware of that. My fiance was stripped naked with her mum (the treatment lady didn't know they knew eachother) scrubbed with what seemed like a brillo pad hard and showered in front of each other the lady then put the facial clay on and it was washed straight off, she then used the same dirty water for my mother in law. They was then took to a small room where a big man gave them a massage but they both said he was really good, during the meeting on the 4th day they mentioned this so people where aware and in place the massage manager gave 2 free massages which they didn't want so I went for one and just got the massage with the man and again he was great and friendly, the spa manager explained his upset to me and was very friendly I generally think he was upset with the treatment they had received.
CLEANLINESS
The lobby, bar and outside areas were very clean and the pool was regularly checked and cleaned. The rooms where cleaned daily and our the cleaning staff where very polite and friendly.
BAR and Entertainment
The outside bar staff where great and friendly, always happy to see you. The Bar with the stage and Entertainment where also very accommodating. The Bar in the main lobby where abit arrogant and unfriendly. The Entertainment staff where amazing. They did a child disco every night early with the lady from the kids club, she loved her job and was good at it, she remembered my sons name from 1 meeting and always interacted with him. The dj was also very friendly and let my son on stage to dance and interacted with him when he took an interest in his dj equipment. They did a night of bingo and crowd games too.
SHOPS
There was 2 shops on site, they where more expensive than the local shops which is expected but not by a lot it was all still cheap and the outside shop was very friendly and rember your name, they gave the kids lollipops everyday.
Location
The hotel is situated perfectly. Over the road from the beach one entrance and the other entrance straight over the road from the medina.
I think 3 stars is a fair rating. If you want to come to the hotel I would highly recommend coming off peak as they seem to struggle with high peak numbers.

niggles resolved promptly
Had a wonderful stay with my family. Went on day a trip that was organised by Ghazi the hotel excursions officer (who is lovely, very honest and approachable) to Tunis, Carthage and Sidi BouSaid, which was wonderful and well organised.
We had a few issues with our room that were dealt with in an extremely swift manner by both Samar ( Guest public relations officer) and Ghazi.
Samar is lovely and was very concerned that our stay had been tarnished by our room issues, which it hadn't, but needless to stay they both experdited our issues swiftly.
The maids and the waiters were lovely throughout, very attentive and wanting to help. Our maid was extremely nice, greeted and smiled and attempted to converse every day even with a language barrier.
I would come to the hotel again, but would plan more excursions as I really enjoyed the one I booked.
