Amazing stay - exceeded expectations

Every part of our stay at Crowne Plaza Adelaide was incredible. From check-in with Dipesh, to check-out with Tonny. Every staff interaction was flawless, the facilities were clean and welcoming. We received an upgrade to a corner room which was appreciated. We asked for different pillows form the pillow menu and they were delivered promptly and gave us wonderful sleep for the rest of our stay.
We had an issue with young children knocking on our door several times - we mentioned this to Tonny at reception (he was so apologetic and horrified we had had this problem) at lunchtime and by that evening, the Hotel Manager had spoken with their mother and obtained an apology and a promise it wouldn't happen again (it didn't).
The only small annoyance worth noting was that while the corner room upgrade (room 923) was fantastic, we were located right under the pool pump room so there was a constant humming in the room, day and night.
This hotel is located close to buses and trams, Rundle Mall for shopping and several great restaurants as well.

Good location

Great central location 5 mins walk to the galleries etc on North Terrace. Clean and nothing obvious to fault but it did feel a little spartan. The buffet breakfast was tasty and if you were starving you’d be very very happy - only thing is for someone who just wanted convenience and small hot breakie it was pretty expensive (>$40). They had a pillow menu but (crazy) I could’ve done with another (very low) pillow option that wasn’t available. Some street noise (I was on level 4) but not bad. I know you could preorder a pack of goodies for the fridge but I would’ve preferred just to have a range of things I could have like a normal hotel minibar.

Adelaide stop over

A well located hotel with friendly staff and great rooms. We had a corner suite with views over Adelaide Oval.
We would be very happy to go back next time we are in Adelaide.

Great location

Nice stay but too busy for me. Great location and everything was fine for a work trip. Gym was good. Not enough elevators and strange checking in on 10th floor.

The perfect base for a long weekend in Adelaide

The Crowne Plaza was in a fantastic position, close to the festivities of Illuminate, a show at Festival Hall, the shops, cafes etc. Everything was in easy walking distance. The carpark next door was convenient and a reasonable price. The hotel itself and rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
