The only fault I had was the shower head needs attention and a warm blanket would of been helpful as it was cold. The small quilt would of been for a single bed not a the king bed. ☺️

Rancid, owner doesn't respond to anything
We ended up here as an upgrade after complaining about the dirty room in their other B&B (Blue Gum). It was no different at The Summit. The kitchen in particular is a dirty mess (including moldy bread in the toaster).
Phones and text messages are not responded to.
By the way, our breakfast in the shared refrigerator was stolen.
This is by far the worst accommodation of the 47 we had during our trip.

Lovely, understanding bed and breakfast

We booked to stay a night in this lovely bed-and-breakfast but unfortunately we found that two of our group contracted Covid immediately before we were due to arrive. Despite the fact that they had a no refund policy Paula willingly agreed to refund my payment. I have to say they have been the most positive establishment. Paula has been the most helpful by far in my situation. Some of the hotels have refused to waiver the cancellation fees, so I am going to try very hard to promote this establishment as much as I can ! We live in France and I am not sure that we will be able to return to Australia but I will tell all our friends and, if we do manage to come to the area, we will certainly come to this B&B.
I will do you reviews on several sites even though we were unable to stay with you ( very sadly).
Naturally, I cannot comment on your B & B regarding its facilities etc., but the approach of Paula and her understanding has been excellent.
