Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at Oaks Brisbane Aurora Suites. While I’m pleased to see you enjoyed our location found our team friendly and efficient, I’m truly sorry that the overall experience did not meet your expectations.
Your feedback regarding the marks on the walls, rust and stains in the shower, and condition of the carpet is very important. This is not the standard we aim to deliver, and I apologise that this impacted the value you felt you received. Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback with us. We are very sorry to hear that your stay fell so far below expectations, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience you experienced.
We regret that the room layout, stiff door mechanisms and challenges with our Wi‑Fi impacted your stay. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. Your comments regarding the room condition and cleanliness concerns have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate review. We appreciate you highlighting these issues, as it allows us to address them promptly.
We also appreciate your note about the difficulty connecting to the TV and the limitations around streaming; this is something we are actively working to modernise across all apartments.
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience you may have had with the sauna being closed. While we understand that this is frustrating, it is necessary for the maintenance to be done in order for our facilities to be working up to standards.
