Lovely family holiday
We loved our stay at Busselton Jetty Chalets. The unit was immaculately clean. There is an onsite laundry. The grounds are very well maintained. Rachael was kind and helpful. We would recommend to all of our friends & family. Thank you so much.

Ver comfortable stay
A lovely find and a very comfortable experience. These chalets are in a great position for everything in Bussleton and the quality of all the fittings and fixtures is high. Parking onsite is a great bonus and having your own numbered parking bay means you can relax about parking. My only fault was that the lighting in the lounge area is very severe and not conducive to a relaxing evening. Also there was a bedside lamp on one side only (not mine) so if you need the loo in the night it’s a bit awkward. Spotlessly clean

Perfectly Comfortable and Worthwhile
Our stay at Busselton Beach Chalets was wonderful. The accommodation strikes a perfect balance—more than basic but not quite luxury, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. Its prime location is a standout feature, with just a 3-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute stroll to the iconic Busselton Jetty. The area is peaceful and quiet, with minimal traffic, making it an ideal retreat.
The chalet is well-equipped for both short and long stays. The kitchenette includes all the essentials for preparing a simple stovetop meal, along with a large fridge with a freezer, microwave, toaster, and kettle. The bathroom is clean and functional, with a shower that delivers excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. We also appreciated the lovely body and hair products provided. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and sturdy, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
We were particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities, including an enclosed play area for children and a communal BBQ area with shaded seating. While we didn’t see anyone using the BBQ during our stay, it’s a great addition for families or groups. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Busselton Beach Chalets and look forward to returning in the future. It’s a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located, and peaceful stay in Busselton.

Please clean the couch or get a new one
Our chalet was an old building but safe and warm in very cold, wet weather. It was also very quiet as we were away from the road. The bed, bathroom, kitchen surfaces and floors were clean but unfortunately the couch and chair seats were stained and worn - not a pleasant space to spend time in. The living area was also quite cramped while the bedrooms were spacious.

Disgusting and grubby
Grubby and disgusting. Placed here by work and very disappointed. Will not stay again. The floor was gritty and I had to sweep when I arrived. The couches and chairs are filthy and stained. The carpet clearly hasn't been vaccuumed for some time. The layout of both chalets (I had to be moved due to a problem in my first chalet) were disappointing with a large step out of the bedroom in the second and not enough power points in either. The towel in the second chalet was dirty and I had to ask for a clean one to be provided. Surely it can't be that hard to keep the upholstery clean?? I didn't feel comfortable doing my daily yoga on the floor, it was so disgusting. The tap dripped in the kitchen. The TV wouldn't connect to the wifi. I had to plug my electric toothbrush into the plug in the kitchen as there were no plugholes in the bathroom. Seriously one of the worst places I've ever stayed, and I travel regularly for work. Avoid this place like the plague. Which is probably embedded in the carpet of the chalet I was staying in...

Whilst we read a review from yourself we are perplexed as no one raised any of your said concerns from any Chalets and we wonder if you are actually writing a review for the correct property. Our couches, chairs, dining tables and chairs and near brand new. Our Wifi is super fast, even our REAL guests love it. However I note you liked the Location and Sleep Quality. For that, Thank you.
