Vị trí và căn hộ tuyệt vời!
Chúng tôi chọn căn hộ này vì nó có thể đi bộ đến phố York và các quán cà phê và cửa hàng, nhưng chúng tôi cũng rất thích thú với tầm nhìn tuyệt đẹp ra bến cảng từ đường lái xe! Nơi này cực kỳ sạch sẽ, hiện đại và có mọi thứ chúng tôi cần cho kỳ nghỉ 4 đêm của chúng tôi (thêm nữa!) Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi cần một bữa tiệc nướng BBQ và vì chúng tôi không thể tìm thấy một nơi nào đó, chúng tôi đã nhắn tin cho chủ nhà Gavin, người đã mang một người đến cho chúng tôi sử dụng sau này. Tuy nhiên, khi chúng tôi cố gắng khởi động BBQ bằng gas, chúng tôi không thể làm cho nó hoạt động được vì ngọn lửa đã tắt ngay khi nhả núm xoay. Not the best experience
Recently went on holiday to albany and stay at this accomodation.
The appartments centrally located and a walk to the shops however the photos posted online are decieving as the place looks nothing like the photos.
The apartments and furniture are run down
We were assigned appartment E on arrival and it was the worst amongst the lot.
The appartment stunk of dumpness. It had Mould in the bathrooms recess and ceiling, the mould appeared to be painted over, the rangehood exshaut was greasey.
The fridge and intensils drawer had not been cleased with bits of food left in there.
The dinning table and chairs were covererd in dust.
Intensils looked like they got them from an OP shop as they were mismatched.
The intensils dyer had calicium build up in it.
Furniture is worn out with the walls needing a face lift and the had stains and markings right through
The apartment was smelled of cigerates and the smake alram had been disarmed. I tried reconnecting the fire alram and it kept beeping constantly.
Floor and fittings were dusty.
We were moved to apartment F, it was just as dusty as the pervious apartment with worn out furniture and mis matched intensils.
I had to buy my son a puffer as he started whizzing from the dust in the room.
I believe the owners are creating their own reviews to hide the reality of the apartments.

Home away from home
This accommodation is very comfortable and includes everything you will need for a comfortable stay. We have been here two weeks and have enjoyed the Netflix the Wi-Fi the quality cooking utensils and furnishings. Would recommend. Is an easy walking distance to town and restaurants.

Comfortable and convenient
Gavin met us onsite and gave us the rundown when we arrived.
Found the Queen bed uncomfortable and too low and it was in the smallest bedroom. The 2 single beds are in the larger of the 2 bedrooms. Would suggest swap this arrangement.
There was no pantry cupboards except above the fridge for giants.
The stairs to the apartment were hard to manage.

Good location in central Albany
Spent a couple of nights here when we came down to see The Field of Lights.
The apartments are in a good location about 500 meters from York Street.
We were in a ground floor apartment and although we could here people moving around in the upstairs apartment it was not annoying(could be if they were noisy).
The apartment was clean and tidy. Did not use the kitchen(on holiday) but it appeared functional. Only used the coffee provided.The bathroom was fine but not huge. The double bed was average. If you prefer a decent pillow bring your own as the ones supplied don't offer a lot of support. Good having a separate sitting area and having your own washing machine would be handy for extended stays.Certainly better than your average motel room.
