Hot water, good bed, friendly staff

A good solid old fashioned motel with super friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot and the room had fridge, toaster, microwave and hot water jug. A BBQ, is in the pergola shown in the picture. There was a fair bit of noise from the main road, but we had a back room and it sounded to me like a storm in the distance. It really bothered my noise sensitive friend. We had some challenges with the old fashoned aircon, but on the other hand, you could open the windows for fresh air. However that did let the truck noise in!
If you are wanting somewhere cheap to sleep that feels homey, it's great. Maybe a bit more like a hostel than a motel. If you are looking for slick and up to date - look somewhere else. I'm an older lady who often travels alone, and I would stay here again.

Great place to stay

We arrived towing our caravan. Having been to the tourist park and being told we would have to pay $167 for a cabin plus a powered siet to plug in the caravan overnight we decided to try this motel. What a great choice. The manager was so helpful and allowed us to plug the caravan into an outdoor plug next to our room. The motel had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Would highly recommend this motel to anybody travelling through Chinchilla.

Working away has it's issues and finding enough space to get things done is always a bone of contention.
The unit was a good size, had a small kitchenette & dining table as well as an area, well serviced with plenty of power points for computer.
Netflick as well as good range of TV stations.

Best motel ever

Clean room, comfy bed, beautifully kept green gardens, helpful hosts. A kitchen sink to wash dishes and aircon. Plenty of seating in the unit. Great price. Dinner and breakfast available for reasonable prices. Ticks all the boxes

Comfortable, friendly & great value

The motel represents great value. It was spotless, quiet, well appointed and comfortable. It is located on the edge of the town but only a couple of minutes to shops, pubs and cafes. The motel grounds are lovely and the staff were very welcoming.
