Nice place to stay
The room was spacious and clean.
Our Queen sized bed was comfortable.
The room had a fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery.
The kitchenette did not have a sink, so you had to wash dishes in bathroom sink.
Free wifi worked well.
Bathroom was outdated and the water pressure was medium to low. I found it tricky getting the hot water balanced with cold water, but it was fine once set.
Whilst there was no storage in the bathroom, there was plenty of bench space.
There was a communal laundry with two washers and 2 dryers that were coin operated ($3 per wash and $3 per dry). There were 2 clothes lines with pegs outside, so you don’t need to use dryer if it is a nice day.
There was also a very tidy communal BBQ area with 2 BBQs. All utensils were in the area, as well as cleaning utensils.
I would definitely stay here again.

Customer service absolutely amazing !!!
Of customer service across reception and housekeeping - I have worked in hotel management for years and to say they were professional, friendly and amazing is an understatement !
Well done to your wonderful team.
I was also impressed with the additional facilities including guest laundry, bbq and cooking amenities for those with no cooking facilities in the rooms.
Accomodation was dated, but very clean and comfortable - looking forward to a return trip next year.
