A Perfect Stay!
The Owners of the Bellevue Boutique Hotel in Kiama offered a very high standard in accommodation with a warm, welcoming greeting on arrival. The premises & gardens are maintained to e very high standard. We had all needed conveniences & we were in close proximity/walking distance to the local shops, cafes, restaurants, blowholes, ocean pools & park art. Our apartment was very quiet. This is our 3rd return to Bellevue Boutique Hotel & we rate this accommodation as excellent! Our 3 night stay was perfect! We live in Perth, WA, but when visiting family in Sydney, we like to travel down to Kiama, knowing that the Bellevue Boutique Hotel is just 'spot on!'

Probably the best hotel in Kiama
Bellevue is a lovely hotel in a quiet location a few minutes walk from the town centre. The apartment was spacious, spotless and well equipped. We would highly recommend and would certainly stay again. Can't think of any negatives.

Our two night stay at the Bellevue Boutique Hotel was perfect.
A very memorable 2 night stay in room 6 with ocean glimpses.
It was shared with my husband and sister in law visiting from Chile.
Sandra went out of her way to ensure everything was to our liking.
The weather wasn’t the best however, we managed a lovely evening at Hanoi on Manning and went to Hungry Monkey for an early morning coffee.
The location was perfect and the apartment spotless, we couldn’t have had better accommodation and will definitely return.

A real gem with history
I couldn't have found a better place to stay in Kiama!
Whilst this late 19th century building was completely renovated, some original features (brick chimney, beautiful verandah) have been kept and create a beautiful, old-world atmosphere but with all modern comfort.
Freshly cut flowers from the garden in vases placed here and there were a lovely touch as was the welcoming note accompanying the sweets on the dining table. The bed is very comfortable and there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom which gives a real old-fashioned feel but also more comfort. No need for beach towels or a beach bag as these are provided as well as a bathrobe.
I particularly enjoyed sitting in one of the cane chairs on the verandah in the afternoon and contemplating the garden.
The property is very wel situated with shops and restaurants nearby and the beach only 200m away where there is a fantastic public ocean rock pool.
Kiama train station is an easy walk from the hotel and there is also a regular bus service.
Discreet and always contactable, Sandra & Arthur are great hosts who really know how to make you feel at home away from home!
