The pre-arrival form needs to be completed with a photo of a valid photo identification and a real time selfie. A photo of the credit card needs to be submitted when requested. All bookings will be subject to an additional credit card fee of 1.7% over the total amount. Security Deposit A security deposit is required in the form of a pre-authorisation. This will be collected via a secure link to submit your credit card details. The deposit will not be physically charged unless damages or extra cleaning are reported by our team after check-out.
