We are very sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly around the issues you experienced with the hot water and TV. Unfortunately, we did experience an unforeseeable maintenance problem that temporarily affected the hot water flow in the rooms. As soon as the issue was identified, our team worked closely with our contractors to restore the service as quickly as possible. We understand how frustrating this would have been and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We are pleased to let you know that our refurbishment program is currently underway, which includes upgrading our apartments with a more modern look and feel. This will include the installation of new televisions and enhanced in-room features.
I am also disappointed to learn that you found our service lacking. We pride ourselves on delivering warm and welcoming hospitality, and I regret that this was not reflected in your experience. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams so that the issues can be investigated further.

The room as comfortable as it was, was looking a little tired and probably due for a refit. Still we very much enjoyed our stay. watch out for the car parking, it's a little tricky!

Convenient location, but room needs attention
Unfortunately, a few issues let the stay down. On arrival, we found hair on the shower wall and in the bed, which shouldn’t happen with proper cleaning between guests. The bath/shower recess itself is a safety concern — it’s high to step into and very slippery, which felt genuinely dangerous, especially for anyone less steady on their feet. The air con was noisy enough to be noticeable at night, and a light in the main living area flickered the entire stay. It’s also worth noting there’s no room service or on-site dining/breakfast option, so factor that into your plans.
Overall: great location and a comfortable layout, but housekeeping, maintenance, and bathroom safety need improvement before I’d call it a great stay.
