Fab experience

Loved the location, room was super comfy with EXTRA super comfy king bed, great shower, clean and friendly, welcoming staff! One of the best Quests I've stayed in. Definitely go back.

We had such a wonderful experience with this property . Check-in was so smooth . Our room was perfect in every way . The staff was friendly and helpful.

From the moment we checked in we were welcomed by a lovely staff member, which continued during our stay.
Highly recommend this hotel if you are wanting to stay South Wharf/docklands way!

Always Happy.

Quest NewQuay is a true gem. I’ve been staying here once a month for the past six months, and I absolutely love it.
The staff are always friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Quest has been so accommodating and was more than happy to book all of my dates for the entire year, which has taken so much stress away for me.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, with public transport, shopping and dining all right on your doorstep. Everything is so convenient, and I always look forward to my stays at Quest NewQuay.
I couldn’t recommend it highly enough

For the price you charge, the standard of the room was honestly unacceptable. Two single beds pushed together and passed off as one bed, constantly sliding apart and leaving a gap in the middle, is ridiculous. The swipe-card power system was even worse — the lights and air conditioning kept shutting off repeatedly. I contacted reception FOUR times about the exact same issue, yet it still wasn’t properly resolved. Guests shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase staff just to have working electricity and air conditioning. If you’re going to charge premium prices, at least provide the basic comfort and functionality expected from a hotel room. This was extremely disappointing and nowhere near worth what I paid.
