No as good as it was

I usually love going to this hotel & request it from my insurance company. Check in was easy & staff member was lovely. I got to my room bed was clean room was clean. Where it goes wrong is shower is disgusting it needs a scrub with domestic & a brush. The bit next to toilet is filled with mould, hair & grime. The amenities are watered down & missing a cake of soap or at least a face washer. I find you use a lot more liquid soap because there is nothing to lather it up with. Maybe a disposable wash cloth. The milk supplied is only enough for 2 cups so I didn't have enough for an extra cup of coffee. I feel the bathrooms need to be updated. Its a shame because I loved this hotel. My booking included breakfast but I feel $29 is a bit expensive for someone who only eats 1 piece of toast.

Adequate Rooms but.................

Rooms are adequate. However, your flight will leave before you get an elevator to the ground floor. Two working lifts for a multi story hotel complex is not enough. It is a safety issue too, one lift was out of order for our entire stay. What if someone needed urgent medical care?? Definitely an occupational, health and safety issue. Oh and limited vegan options for breakfast, had to ask for almond milk (lactose interance) catch up with the times Travelodge. Location is pretty good, close to transport but not close to cafes or restaurants.

Great location average hotel

Great location. Small rooms that need refurbishing. The doorstop in the bathroom is dangerous to feet - be warned.

Clean and affordable- great location

A very pleasant easy stay close to Southern Cross. Staff were polite and helpful, room was clean. I’d happily recommend to others.
