Enjoyable stay

Very enjoyable stay. Very clean, enough room and an excellent shower. Some road noise but it did not bother us. We had a unit on the ground floor so if stairs are an issue, check before booking.
If we visit Merimbula again we would stay here.

Clean and comfortable

My accommodation was booked for me by my company, travelling for business for three nights.
My room was extremely clean, well equipped and had a comfy bed and good lighting by the beds (an underrated bonus for readers).
My room was serviced daily which I was pleasantly surprised by.
I had some really loud annoying people in the unit above me the first night and I spoke to the manager regarding this the following day- she was lovely and told me to phone her directly at any time should it happen again. It didn’t and the rest of my stay was quiet and peaceful :)
I would definitely stay here again, no complaints.

On a recent road trip I became quickly disillusioned with the budget accommodation in the area, and when I saw this I hoped it would be everything it was! Great customer service, beautifully appointed twin room, area outside the room to relax... This was week three for me of travelling... a week in a resort in Bali, a week in a resort in Darwin and then a road trip with my daughter.
I am happy to say that this was my favourite accommodation on the road trip I made with my daughter. Customer service was friendly and professional. The beautiful landscaping around this motel was lovely... with large hibiscus through out the garden and near the lovely small pool.
We had a truly wonderful nights sleep. A big shout out for the products in the bathroom... I would use these in my guest room at home!!! I used these without any of the regrets I would normally have.

Couldn't ask for more.

Great location.....parking out the front of the unit. The units was very clean and modern and an easy walk into the CBD. The person at reception was extremely helpful in suggesting on where to eat etc. We would absolutely stay again.....coffee maker with extra pods was a bonus.

Great motel

Lovely motel, spotlessly clean in great location.
Only issue was traffic noise but this did subside in late evening.
Would have liked basic breakfast facilities, BBQ area was great and garden courtyard had lovely feel
