Exceptional customer service

I had booked a stay here on a third-party website that was very reasonably priced and therefore had a non-refundable policy. We were coming for a sporting event and sadly my son dislocated his shoulder two weeks before the event. Despite my booking being non-refundable, once I told the Hotel about my situation they offered to refund me!I did not expect this and was very impressed with their kindness. Excellent customer service, speedy replies to emails, and lovely staff. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Relaxing 3 week stay!

The one bedroom villa we stayed in exceeded our expectations. It was clean and modern and offered great privacy with a relaxing covered patio area outside. The villa had a well equipped kitchen with everything you could need, including a kettle, toaster, pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates and cups etc.
Other useful items included an iron, ironing board and clothes airer and the free onsite laundry was a godsend for our 3 week stay.
We used the pool but didn't have a chance to go in the games room, gym or use the tennis courts, nor did we use the communal kitchen as we had our own however all these facilities looked good and well maintained.
The area is nice and quiet with the beautiful historic town of Morpeth just down the road. There is a mini convenience store, butchers, cafes, shops and a must visit is the bakery, they have amazing pies and sweet treats!
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, it truly felt like a home away from home.

Lovely Motel in great location

Only had one night there, but it was probably the cleanest, most well equipped motel on our whole road trip. Lovely quiet position, short drive to town. Absolutely everything we needed for a stop over. Great shower. The rooms appear newly renovated and beautifully presented. Undercover carport a bonus. Did not use the Community facilities, but they looked well equipped.

Great family break

Awesome location for a short family holiday. We loved the pool and tennis and there was plenty of space for the kids to run around and play. The staff were excellent and it’s so close to the little village of Morpeth that we could walk there for coffee and some shopping.

Hidden gem!

We travelled to NSW from WA for a wedding in October 2023 & stayed at the Hunter Oasis. We loved it. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was immaculately clean, the staff were lovely & very helpful. We didn't use the pool as it was still a bit cold but will be returning again in March & will hopefully be able to use it then. There was a bird sitting on eggs right near the outdoor fitness equipment & the swooping made for good entertainment.
Would love to see some kind of play equipment for kids installed as there is plenty of space & would make this great location even more family friendly!

It is great to see you back again, and your feedback as a fellow industry provider is very much appreciated. Now that our room refurbishments from 2023 are completed, we have some exciting projects planned for our pool, outdoor and gym facilities, perfect we think for the corporate/trades and leisure markets looking for a well maintained, quiet, friendly and tranquil stay.
